I chose to do more varied music choices in the "alternative" genre to analyse as it gives me more choice when picking my video.
All videos share traits of the genre as they are all quite conceptual. I have also made sure all the songs are quite "dark" either lyrically or musically.
I will continue this theme when choosing my own song.
